Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

BEST RUN YET. I felt so focused the whole time. I've also noticed that this year I haven't felt really all that sore, which might make me want to keep it at a slow pace, but I'm going to pick it up and maybe try sprinting more of the 2 miles...

I was ALL in my head this time around... timing myself is a tough thing to keep up and it becomes this other barrier in my mind that I have to overcome. I could definitely have done better, but my head was just not in it!

Went well! Hard to stay focused, but I did get myself prepared for the 2 miles a day running regimen staring on October 25th, so I felt ready to go!
