My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year marks my 8th journey of going clean-shaven to grow what I call my "sh*t moustache." Every year, it sparks conversations about a topic that often stays silent—men's health.

In 2025, I’m taking it a step further (or many steps further) by running my first-ever marathon in Chicago—yes, that’s 26.2 miles!

A year ago, running even a mile felt impossible. But running has become more than just exercise for me. It’s been therapy, a practice in self-discipline, and a way to rise above the challenges of depression. Each step I’ve taken has reminded me that no matter how tough life gets, there’s always a way forward.

I hope my story inspires others to take that first step—whether it’s lacing up running shoes, reaching out for support, or finding your own path to healing.
