My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. We want to open the doors and break down barriers that men can't talk about how they are feeling. We should all be caring, kind and brave enough to listen, encourage and be there for our fellow man. Join me!

30 Days of Walking the Talk for Men’s Health
$5585 raised and counted almost 29 miles in movement. Today is the last day to be on record for the campaign to meet my $6k and 30 mile goals. https://mobro.co/natebradley

Over the past month, I’ve been proud to walk the talk for men’s health, raising awareness and supporting Movember’s incredible mission. The donations raised go toward life-changing programs focused on mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. These efforts are transforming lives by funding research, improving treatments, and providing vital support to men and their families.

But men’s health isn’t just about donations or events—it’s about action. That means staying proactive in your self-care: schedule regular check-ups, prioritize your mental well-being, and commit to making healthier choices every day.

Most importantly, let’s care for one another. Check in with friends, family, and colleagues. Start conversations, listen without judgment, and remind each other that no one has to face life’s challenges alone.

Together, we can continue to create a world where men live happier, healthier, and longer lives. Let’s keep the momentum going! Thank You for helping drive awareness and donating to change the face of men’s health.
