Mental health and suicide prevention

I personally know far too many people affected by suicide in men. I lost my brother Chad to suicide back in 2018. So many stories poured in of others who have lost loved ones due to suicide. The rate of suicide on a global scale is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men, like my brother Chad, from dying too young.
