My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Together let’s help kick (literally) mental health, suicide and cancer. As many of you know, I have worked hard for many years to achieve an advanced rank in kyokushin karate. This journey has not been easy and it is not over. But, it does not compare to when cancer, suicide, etc happens. These have impacted my life greatly. Friends and family’s daily struggle and some that lost the battle. My daily life has changed when dealing with skin cancer. So, I will do a kick on the heavy bag of focus pad for every dollar donated on my Movember page. I will record and post the kicks.
I am ready to work hard for this excellent cause that is close to my heart, are you?

- that lost to/are survivors of cancer(true warriors)

- that have/struggle w/ mental health/substance abuse(be strong! you are stronger than you realize)
- that have/still struggle with/from physical/mental abuse(I will always be here for you, be there for someone)
-that fight the fight daily w/ chronic illness(although the struggle is often not obvious it is still a struggle)
