My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I am pushing to get there.

Exercising is one of the prime ways to naturally combat depression and anxiety. And there is no better year to focus time, energy, and financial resources at those experiencing the greatest of life's challenges. Another key component is knowing that you are working for something greater than just yourself. This is why I support the Movember Foundation! They are tackling some of the most significant health issues faced by men - both physical and mental - and they are doing in in a fun and inspirational way. The greatest support you can give is a ear to someone you know needs it - reach out and say hi, go for a hike, a run, or play a sport. If you can, please give - every little bit makes a difference.
