My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer

As men and fathers, we always seem to worry more about our children and spouses health, than our own. In doing so we neglect to remember our health is as important as theirs, so we can be here to continue to support our families. Years ago a couple of friends of mine Malcolm Lamb and Joe McElwee got me involved with Movember after they both beat prostate cancer. A few years later I became more involved after my good friend Rich Parks, lost his battle with prostate cancer. That was almost 5 years ago and now my buddies Dave and Tony, are going through some prostate issues. I would like to ask all of you to do two things, first make an appointment to get your PSA checked, second if you have the resources please donate to Men's Health. This is important, it is an easy issue to fix if they catch it early. Plus remember as we all get a little older, we need to ensure that we are here for our families future.

I would like to thank you all in advance for your support and remember your health is important as well.
