My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I have participated in Movember for the past 5 years to create a dialogue around men’s mental health. Ultimately, my mission is to destigmatize mental health discussion.

By incorporating mental health (as well as the tools and resources available to navigate mental health issues) into everyday conversation, we empower our friends and family to feel psychological safety should they ever need to reach out for support with their own mental health.
