Dear friends!

It's already November on the calendar, which means it's time for a mustache. Yes, mustache. After a two-year break, I woke up and realized that I wanted to once again join the Movember Foundation, grow a mustache, test myself and raise money to fight for the men's health.

The Movember Foundation is the world's largest charitable fond that invests in research on male diseases such as testicular and prostate cancer, as well as in men's mental health and suicide prevention.

Because we may be strong, but we also need help.

And so, in order to help the fund raise the money needed for the research, hundreds of thousands of men around the world wear mustaches for a month and set new goals for themselves, for example, to finally do sports and care about their health.

What about me?

I promise you to wear a mustache for a month - even though it is, frankly, very scary. Also, ask you to donate a little money, how much is comfortable. Because every contribution counts.

As for the new goals and horizons, here I thought at first. I've already been running every day, I need something new, so I'll write. Almost every day, on my Facebook, write about what it is like to be a man and a father in the modern world. So complex and confusing that sometimes you want to run away and hide.
