"How are you?" A routine question asked to those we come in contact with that is usually followed up with good or fine. How many of us are actually doing good or fine though? Do we answer that way while secretly feeling the opposite?

Let's get a conversation going. Let's talk about how you are really feeling. All that is going on around us right now, I'm sure that it is taking its toll on you and others. That along with other personal things you have going on, I'm sure it is not easy. As Men we are told to keep it too ourselves, brush it off and keep going. This creates a ticking time bomb and it's not healthy for ourselves or others that we surround ourselves with. Let's drop the act, our ego, and get the word out about how Men are struggling.
