Men's health

This Movember, I’m raising money to support men’s mental health — something that hits close to home.

Too often, men feel like they have to keep it together, stay strong, and push through whatever they’re facing. But the truth is, silence can be heavy — and it can be dangerous. I’ve seen firsthand how hard it can be for men to open up, and how much it matters when they finally do.

Movember is about changing that story. The money raised goes toward programs that help men talk about what’s really going on, get support early, and know they’re not alone.

I’m growing the mustache as a small reminder that conversations can save lives — and that taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body.

If you can, please support the cause. Every bit helps make it easier for men everywhere to ask for help and find hope again.
