I’m growing a Mo’ in memory of my Dad, Speed Thomas. I’d be thrilled if I’m the same kind of father he was. At age 62, without his lifelong companion, he lost his battle with depression and died of suicide. I’m growing a Mo' for him and for the one man per minute we lose to suicide globally every day. Please support my Mo'.

To all who donated, thank you. We raised $3,884 for men’s mental health programs and research into men’s cancers. That's almost twice as much as last year (which was twice as much as the year before). You all are terrific. Thank you.
