Movember is changing the face of men’s health—supporting men to live happier, healthier, longer lives. Too many men struggle in silence, and too often the toughest conversations happen too late (or not at all). Movember helps shift that culture by backing programs and initiatives that strengthen mental health, reduce suicide risk, and encourage connection so support is easier to access and men feel less alone.

Movember also supports prostate and testicular cancer research and programs, helping improve outcomes and quality of life after diagnosis, all while encouraging men to get checked early and take symptoms seriously.
