Our Motivation

We are a team of 24 charter yacht crew that travel some of the most desirable places in the world.

We spend most of our time in close quarters with very little time to ourselves. We don’t often have opportunity after work to go out for a run or a walk as we may be at sea, have clients onboard, or need to rest in order to soldier on the next day.

Maintaining positive mental health onboard can be a challenge in an environment where you meant to “tough it out.”

Our goal is to raise awareness about mental health among men as well as men in the seafaring industry. We are looking to generate more conversations around mental health and masculinity.
While leaps and bounds of improvements have been since I joined the industry 10years ago, we still have a ways to go.

As a true Minnesotan; I adore The Loon and all of her crew! I’d line up for months to have an opportunity to work with such a dedicated team. This is the epitome of teamwork, community, love, and passion. Truly breathtaking!
