As a program we traditionally raise money for Movemeber every year through having a competition of who can grow the best Mo in Movember.
We pride ourselves on our brotherhood in the NDC rugby team, being a band of brothers means being there for your mates both on and off the field. It is a culture that has developed naturally as a group who live, train, gym, eat, and attend class together.
The competition will work through our Instagram and Facebook. Each week we will post an updated picture of the boys Mo's and at the end of the month a voting system will be put in place. Movemeber means a lot to the lads, and its a way for us as team to have some fun, but also more importantly support our brothers.
