Our Motivation

Welcome back to another exciting year of Movember, STACHEGUARD! You and your fellow employees are once again uniting to champion men’s health—one follicle at a time! Last year, we proudly raised over $6,400, and this year, we’re aiming to surpass that milestone together.
There are several fantastic ways to get involved: Grow a Mo, Move for Men’s Health, and consider donating to Movember. Most importantly, this month is about breaking the silence surrounding men’s health. Let’s initiate conversations with our fathers, brothers, husbands, sons, friends, and loved ones about the vital importance of both physical and mental well-being.

If you're a Northrop Grumman employee (and we all are), you should have received my email last night laying out the restrictions handed down by Legal, HR, and Corp Citizenship. Do the restrictions stink? Yes. Do we need to follow them? Absolutely. I’m committed to keeping us all compliant - please help me ensure we don’t put anyone at risk.

Now for some good news: When we’re outside of work, I’m still all in for pushing the Movember Foundation and Stacheguard agenda and keeping things fun. I’ve got challenges, prizes, and plenty of resources to share. This team page (which isn’t a company resource) will be our main spot for staying connected on this.

Big announcement: I had a bunch of stickers ready to give out as advertisements, but that’s off the table now. So if you want some stickers to deck out your personal belongings, just let me know—they’re here for the taking.
