Our Motivation

Hey fellas — listen up!

This Movember, we’re growing more than mustaches — we’re growing awareness and taking action. Our mission: 1,000 men committed to scheduling their annual physical or colonoscopy (for those 40+) before the end of November.

Four years ago today, a routine physical changed — and saved — my life. That’s when I discovered I had stage 4 cancer. I was lucky. I caught it because I took the time to check in with my doctor.

Most of us assume we’re fine until something goes wrong. But the truth is, early detection saves lives — period. You owe it to yourself, your family, and the people who count on you to take care of your health.

So here’s my ask:
✅ Schedule your physical or colonoscopy.
✅ Invite two other men you care about to do the same.

Let’s hold each other accountable and make this the year we all step up for our health. 1,000 men. One simple action. A lifetime of difference.
