forgot to post for a few days. sunday was a wash being my day off work i wasn't moving as much as i should of. heres the week so far

10,000 a day goal

daily goal is no less than 10,000 steps. day 2 was good, day 1 was better.

Ritsuko and I did our first move of the month by walking to the grocery store and carrying our groceries home today.
