Move for Movember
Movember will always be all about the moustache, but there’s more than one way to champion men’s health in Movember. Sign up to Move, setting new fitness goals for yourself and bringing a little spice back into your regular exercise routine. For Mo Sistas, Move is a way to do something tangible in the name of men’s health, and for Mo Bros it’s a new challenge – grow your Mo, MOVE, or take things to the next level and do both.

We all know that exercise is good for us. But the Move challenge isn’t just about fitness – it’s about shaking up the routine and taking your fitness habits to another level. Try something new. Move in unusual ways. Challenge yourself. Get your friends on board. Start a movement. Walk the walk, talk the talk, run the run. Be a champion of men’s health, starting with your own.

Set your Move Challenge

  1. Sign up at movember.com, commit to Move, and set a Move challenge (go big, be brave, or do something outrageous)
  2. Describe your challenge and set a target in either distance, number of Moves or number of steps

Connect your fitness app or device

  1. Click on the “Move Updates” tab on your Mo Space page
  2. Once you’ve read the Terms and Conditions, click “Agree and connect
  3. Choose your fitness app or wearable and enter your login details. Our 2016 partners at Garmin have an ever-expanding suite of technologies to enhance and promote healthy and active lifestyles.   4. Choose your posting preferences
    1. Automatic posting: save time by automatically posting all tracked activities to your public fundraising page
    2. Manual posting: Choose which activities, imported from your tracker, you’d like to post to your Mo Space feed
