Set your Move Challenge
- Sign up at movember.com, commit to Move, and set a Move challenge (go big, be brave, or do something outrageous)
- Describe your challenge and set a target in either distance, number of Moves or number of steps
Connect your fitness app or device
- Click on the “Move Updates” tab on your Mo Space page
- Once you’ve read the Terms and Conditions, click “Agree and connect”
