This year, IBM will be taking part in raising awareness for the Movember charity. As some of you may already know, Movember supports the men's health crisis going on all over the world. This includes mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. With over 6 million participants since 2003 and 1300 men's health programs supported so far, Movember is a well established and effective cause against such a widespread issue.

How IBMers can get involved:

GROW - an amazing moustache in true Movember fashion. Remember, even the bad moustaches can start those important mental health conversations!

MOVE - by running or walking 60 kilometres over the month, for the 60men across the world who take their own lives every hour. This is going to get competitive so make sure you sign up and get going early. Once you have set up your Movember account, you can link your FREE Strava account and contribute to your teams weekly and monthly total!

Mo Your Own Way - for those who want to Mo in a fun and unique way, you can do an epic challenge, give up a guilty pleasure, complete a crazy dare. The sky is the limit and it is completely up to you!
