Hello! My name is Ian Saltmarsh, and I run a non-profit organization called Travel for a Cure, a third-party supporter of the Movember Foundation. For more than thirteen years, I’ve poured my heart into raising awareness and vital funds for men’s health, with a deep focus on men’s mental health and suicide prevention—because too many lives have been lost in silence.

After years of incredible support from friends, family, businesses, and communities, it’s time to take on my biggest and most meaningful challenge yet.

Beginning in April 2027, I will be walking across the United States—from New York City to Santa Monica, California—to raise $100,000 for the Movember Foundation while sparking honest, life-saving conversations about men’s mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.

This journey will span thousands of miles, carrying me through towns and cities across America where I’ll share stories, meet extraordinary people, host events, and hopefully inspire others to speak up, reach out, and stand together in support of men living healthier, longer, and more hopeful lives.

But this walk is about so much more than the finish line. It’s about every man who has ever felt alone in his struggle. It’s about reminding them—and all of us—that it’s okay to not be okay, that asking for help is a sign of strength, and that a single conversation can truly save a life.
