Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This is my 16th year in "growing" my support for Movember. I love every cause that Movember stands for, but I have a great appreciation for the work the organization does for the awareness of mental health and suicide prevention. I truly believe that striving to push more individuals to speak up and just talk about what is going on in their lives is the first and most important step in overcoming mental health issues.

This year will carry even more weight after losing my dad to cancer back in January. I think the time we have together is something we often take for granted, but I am thankful to have so many great memories of my dad and many things I have already begun to pass down to my kids. My dad also had a great mustache his entire life and I'm only hoping I can grow one half as great as his!
