My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

My motivation is to raise awareness of health issues affecting men and their families and friends across the nation. My family has been affected personally with my father being diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2008. I am very happy to report that after surgery he has been cancer FREE for 15 years!

This month, we are also challenged to Move this Movember by running or walking 60 miles over the month. That’s 60 miles for the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour, every hour. I'll do my part by riding 60 miles in November.

Also, check out @SkullsForHope on Instagram or Facebook to support our first-responders and combat the stigma associated with mental health disorders such as PTSD. #youarenotalone

Globally, more than 1.4M men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year. The Movember Foundation is working to halve the number of deaths from prostate cancer by 2030. Please join me in raising awareness and money for research and support to help stop men from dying too young.

Completed my annual Movember Ride 60 yesterday with the guys! Big thank you to Randy, Brett and Charlie for coming out in support and keeping me company. It was a bit cold and windy, but a very enjoyable ride on the Silver Comet to Rockmart, GA. Farthest I've been on the Comet to date, and it didn't disappoint. It's beautiful out there past mile marker 25!
