Hey Josh, James here from Mo HQ. You’re doing an awesome job this Movember! Keep your fundraising going strong in these final few days. You’re a legend. Mo on!

Well, would you look at that?

Would
You
Look
At
That?!

I leave you all in suspense for ten days, and all of a sudden "a wild Mustache appears!"

Ok, maybe not so wild. And also not as blonde as it once was? It's not quite salt and pepper - maybe #SaltAndTurmeric? Either way, I digress...

Folks - we're 10 days into this amazing event, and I'm am so ridiculously proud to say that we're a bit beyond my goal of topping last year!! You all make me SO proud! But... the Good Fight doesn't stop there! We need to fight on - together!

Every bit of giving you can muster - whether it be a donation to this spectacular cause or giving of your time to help spread awareness - every. single. bit. counts! Help me stop men from dying too young from testicular cancer. Help me stop men from dying too young from prostate cancer. Help me help men get the help they need when it comes to mental health and physical fitness. Let's #DoGoodTogether!

Looking forward to sharing more with you as #Movember moves onward!

Howdy kids! I don’t know if you’ve looked at your calendars yet today, but it’s a good day to do it. It’s not just ANY day, of course – it’s the First of #Movember! (This one may be a little long, but totally worth it...)

For those of you who don’t know, this is my FIFTH year participating in this incredible event, for this incredible cause. The Movember Foundation is the only global charity focused solely on men's health. I'm raising funds to tackle some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and poor physical & mental health.

Testicular cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in young men, and rates have doubled in the last 50 years. Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men worldwide. Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is working to halve the number of deaths from both cancers and reduced the rate of male suicide by 25% by the year 2030, and I want to help them get there.

I ask two small favors of you:
• Give. If you can, and if you're so inclined. Since I started participating in Movember in 2013, together we have raised a whopping $8,567 (including this year's great jump start of $261)! In addition, we benefitted from an additional matching donation of $2,405, made by BirchBox Man back in 2013, for an INCREDIBLE total of $10,972! If every one of you gave only $1, we can CRUSH last year's total of $2,420.75. I completely understand that some will give while some may not be able to, or may have other causes that are more personal to them. That being said, if you are able to contribute, every penny helps.
• Give of your time. Share this post - or the posts of any other friends participating in this amazing event. The best and easiest way to spread awareness is to SPREAD AWARENESS. Social Media is as far reaching as any method we've ever had in our lifetimes, and it can truly help this worthwhile cause.

Help me stop men dying too young. Let’s raise awareness of and help find a cure for men's health conditions that effect my friends and brothers throughout the world... Time to fight the good fight!
