My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
Many of us know someone who is, or has been inflicted by prostate or testicular cancer. Globally, the rate of suicide, especially in young men, is alarmingly high. The money raised, by doing something as simple as me growing a moustache for one month, is invested by the Movember Foundation to find cures and tackle these issues where it matters.

Almost at the end of Movember season. It has been an honour to support this cause again, and support the Movember Foundation to raise awareness and funds to help cure prostate/testicular cancer, and suicide prevention.

I matched my Mo with this retro England Rugby jersey, in the hope that it would inspire a win. This jersey was worn by players just prior to the sporting turning professional (i.e. they played for fun not money!), and the kind of Mo I am currently sporting was grown as a serious fashion statement! How times (and rugby) have changed.

Last Saturday at the local Fall Festival, I managed to sell over 30 bottles of hot sauce, raising $250 for Movember. It is a win/win for me, as I get to share the sauce with folks, while raising money to support Prostate/Testicular cancer cures and Suicide Prevention.

Just over two weeks in, and the Mo is taking shape. Thanks to so many people's generosity, he has helped me raise $815 so far, which is way more than half of my target. Still 12 more days in Movember for us to do more. Please take a moment to consider how much Mental health matters. #Movember is working to help men stay mentally healthy, but they can’t do it alone. Please continue to donate to my Movember efforts and support men's health.

One week to go, and the Mo has gone festive for the holiday season. He deserves a chance to express himself, after all he has done to raise awareness of Mental Health issues, Suicide Prevention, and Prostate/Testicular cancer. He has helped me collect $775 in donations towards this cause, and help people from dying before their time; men in particular choose not to speak out about their mental and physical health. Big thanks to everyone who has already donated. If you have not had a chance to make a donation yet, then there is still time.

Week 3, and the Mo is starting to take on a life of its own. It is sometimes uncomfortable, and awkward to have around in business meetings, but we all have friends and colleagues like that, and we love them anyway! Most importantly, it starts a conversation about why I am doing this. Thanks to everyone who has donated so far......I am more than 2/3 towards my goal, and still two weeks left.

Week 2 Mo progress update: showing some whiskers, but the grey is camouflaging its true beauty! Thanks to everyone who already donated; more than half-way to my goal ($750). It will go a long way to support initiatives that help those with mental health issues and prostate/testicular cancer.

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
