My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I lost my dad to suicide. My father took his life when I was just six months old. I grew up lying to my friends - explaining that my dad died in a motorcycle accident so that I could avoid the stigma of suicide loss. November 4th would be his birthday - Movember is a way for me to recognize my father and to raise money and awareness for mental health and suicide prevention for men!

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.
