I feel that often time Men’s Health is brushed off because we are supposed to deal with it. This fundraiser is for physical and mental health for Men.

This is going to sound cheesy but my goal this year physically is to make the decisions to be physical.
Whether that means taking the stairs instead of the elevator or walking to pick my daughter up from school instead of driving.

I decided to do the handlebar but my wife keeps asking for me to shave it off. It might be very short lived.

Day 1: I was nervous about shaving but it is not as goofy as I had thought it would look.
