My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This is year 15 of my Movember journey. In 2010, I began raising money for my dad, who was diagnosed with Stage 4 prostate cancer; in 2015 I vowed to continue raising money in his honor after he passed away from the disease on November 4th, 2015. He was a single dad who single-handedly made me who I am today. I'm raising money for him, and for all the other men in my life - family, friends, colleagues, friends of friends...everyone. I raise money for better prevention, treatment, support, and an eventual cure to prostate cancer. I raise money to break mental health stigmas and prevent suicides. I raise money for daughters like me to have the chance I didn't get - to have their father walk them down the aisle, share more holidays, celebrate more birthdays, and make more memories for as long as they possibly can.

I think it’s awesome that you’re raising donations for men’s health- truly love what you’re doing. I’m happy to support! And also, anyone dealing with Doug deserves an award and all the support too… That man is a full-time job on his own sometimes.
