My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

I want to grow a cancer-fighting Tom Selleck moustache, have some laughs, raise awareness for men’s health, and hopefully fundraise a couple of dollars along the way.

I grow, give and move as an educator trying to instill in the men that I work with that its important to be healthier.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there.

I'v participated in Movember at four (4) different schools in eight years and I hope to keep spreading the Mo!

Shout out to FAU, Syracuse, TCU and now Wharton for all getting in on the Mo!
