My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Over the past few years and especially in 2025, I had a really tough time mentally. But I was lucky to have had support from my family, friends, and a mental health professional to deal with my negative thoughts. So I am running for Team Movember because I believe it is incredibly important to destigmatize the conversations surrounding men’s mental health in order to promote preventative care and encourage men to seek help early.
