My motivation

This Movember, it’s not just about growing a moustache… it’s about growing awareness.
Every whisker represents a conversation that could save a life. Men’s health too often goes unspoken.

Over the years, I’ve seen how tough it can be for men to open up. Whether it’s stress, depression, or health issues, we’re often taught to keep it to ourselves and “stay strong.” Men are under appreciated, overlooked and taken for granted, yet society can't function if they are taken out of the equation.

Every bit of awareness, every conversation, every moustache grown makes a difference.
So this month, I’m wearing mine with purpose for the men we’ve lost, the men still fighting, and the men who just need someone to talk to.
