Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
I'm a 41 year old, in the best shape of my life, but sometimes I still feel like my life is falling apart and there is no hope for the future. I know that im in a much better place than many others and still I frequently feel like I'm struggling. I want to do what I can to help others survive, and make the world realize that there is a future. There is a next step. Strength, patience and positive belief can make a big difference.
