My motivation

I take mental health extremely seriously. My motivation is my family and friends. I've been in a very dark place but have pulled myself out with help from them. Still working on it overall but I'm in a better spot and have realized how important mental health is. Now it's all about my little boy's future.

getting involved
My goal is to walk everyday with my 2 year old son. Nothing helps my mental health like that little boy.
