My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I’m running this marathon for men’s mental health because it’s personal.

I’ve struggled with my own mental health, and earlier this year my brother spent two weeks in the hospital after reaching his breaking point. Walking through that with him showed me just how important it is that men feel safe to ask for help and how much work we still have to do to break the stigma.

Too many men suffer in silence. Too many families come close to losing someone they love. I don’t want that to keep happening.

So I’m running to raise awareness, to start conversations, and to support Movember’s work in suicide prevention and mental health. Every mile I run is for my brother, for myself, and for every man who’s ever felt like they couldn’t keep going.
