My motivation

My motivation for being a part of movember isn’t just to raise awareness about men’s health, but also to share my story and encourage others to open up about the struggles that thousands of men worldwide face with mental health and suicidal thoughts. My goal is to tell men that it’s okay to open up and talk about what’s going on with themselves.
