I've struggled with mental health for years—especially with anxiety and Intrusive Thought OCD. There were moments when life felt overwhelming, and suicide crossed my mind. But I reached out, got help, and chose to keep going.

Now, I want to be part of the change. Too many men suffer in silence, afraid to speak up or seek help. I’m fundraising with Movember to fight that silence and support mental health, suicide prevention, and men’s overall well-being. No man should feel like he has to fight alone.
