Mental health and suicide prevention

I am riding to end the silent suffering of men. On July 12th, I’ll be taking on the Triple Bypass—a legendary 118-mile bike ride with 10,800 feet of elevation gain across three high-altitude mountain passes in Colorado. But I’m not doing this just for the physical challenge. I’m riding for the men who feel like giving up.
I’m riding for the men who look like they have it all together on the outside, but are quietly drowning inside. I’m riding to end silent suffering.

The reality we can’t ignore—Men account for nearly 80% of all suicides. Most of them never ask for help. Not because they don’t need it. But because of shame, isolation, and the belief that real men should figure it out alone. This has to change. And it starts with us showing up.

My Mission: Men of Courageous Souls: I’ve dedicated my life to creating a sacred space for men—through my work with Men of Courageous Souls and Inner Power Collective. It’s a space where men can drop the masks, speak raw truth, and have the kind of deep, intimate conversations that many of us were never taught to have.
We talk about depression.
We talk about suicide.
We talk about purpose.
We talk about healing old wounds.
We talk about what it means to be a man in today's world.

This isn’t therapy. It’s brotherhood. Presence. Courage. Vulnerability.

Why “Keep Showing Up” is my mantra. It’s the phrase we come back to again and again.
Not every man is ready to talk. Not every man is ready to change.
But if we keep showing up—for ourselves and for each other—we create the opening. The light gets in.
Keep showing up means:
* When you’re in pain, you’re not broken.
* When you feel alone, you’re still worthy.
* When you want to quit, you don’t have to do it alone.

Join Me in This Sacred Ride: This ride is not about ego. It’s a spiritual quest. A living prayer for the men still in the dark.

If my ride resonates with you—or if you know a man who is struggling or in memory of a man who committed suicide—please consider supporting this mission. Every donation supports Movember’s critical work in suicide prevention, men’s mental health, and emotional wellness programs.

This isn’t just about raising money. It’s about raising consciousness.
Men of Courageous Souls… Keep Showing Up.

With grit, love, and presence,

Troy Ismir
