Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Despite growing resources, the stigma around men’s mental health remains strong—especially for men who “appear” to have it all together. Most men struggle to understand what they need to do to improve their mental well-being, and there’s a massive gap in awareness and education.

I'm creating a movement that helps men:
Better understand & manage their inner world.
Identify everything that impacts their mental health.
Take the first steps toward feeling better.

MY WHY

In 2016, I was at my peak—great job, great money, all the awards, a long-term relationship, and a new 4Runner. Things were good on paper, but something was off. Over the next 4 years, my life unraveled as I battled depression. I jumped between 4 companies and 4 cities before I was fired from my sales job for poor performance in 2020.

What started as my rock bottom became my turning point.

I bounced back, starting a men’s clothing company that later became a wellness coaching business helping men beat burnout, get unstuck, and build healthy habits. I began writing about mental health on LinkedIn, growing a following of 30,000+ and building a 6-figure business.

But 2024 would be my hardest year yet...

I thought it was behind me but for 7 months, I battled the deepest depression I’ve ever faced.

And every day for 5 months, I had thoughts of ending my life.

I’ve tried just about everything—therapy, coaching, plant medicine, exercise, sunlight, clean nutrition, breathwork, improved sleep, cold exposure, and even a spiritual pilgrimage to India—but I still didn’t feel right.

As a lifelong high-performer, this was incredibly hard to go through.

I felt more isolated and broken than ever.

So I’m walking to reconnect with myself and be a bridge for men who face their own struggles.

To show that we don't need to feel shameful or guilty for going through challenges. But instead to be courageous enough to face them head on and get support.

I’m walking to be a leader for men.
I’m walking for the men who feel like I did.
I’m walking to help make the world a better place.

WHY THIS MATTERS

This journey is about more than miles—it’s about starting
conversations, breaking the stigma, and giving men a chance.

Key statistics:
~34,000 men die by suicide every year in the U.S.
It’s the second leading cause of death for men under 45.
Up to 60% of those who die by suicide have major depression.
For every death by suicide, 20 suicide attempts are made.

Depression and suicide are leading causes of death among men.
6 million men are affected by depression in the U.S. every year.
Men die by suicide at a rate 4X higher than women.
