Mental health and suicide prevention
Men's health

My Motivation Is to train and complete a challenge outside of my comfort zone in honor of Men’s Health. I am an ex college hockey player. I have grown up working with a team, and now I get to run alongside some of my closest friends. This will be a challenge for my self, as I haven’t run a marathon in 3 years. To be apart of this Movember group, running towards such an amazing cause is the highest motivation I need. I am excited to lace up the shoes (instead of skates) and raise awareness for this organization that has given back in so many crucial ways for a better future of Men in need. Let’s go racing!
