My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.
Personally, this year was my first year with serious mental health struggles. I think it's important to talk about and normalize these struggles so people can reach out and get help in dark times.
