My motivation

I support Movember because healthier men means a healthier world — for all of us. As women, our fathers, brothers, friends, and partners shape our lives just as we shape theirs. When men are guided to better mental and physical health, they show up not only as stronger partners and parents, but as better people. Our culture has long taught men to hide their emotions and prioritize toughness over openness, and the ripple effects hurt everyone. I raise funds this Movember knowing that by investing in men’s health — from mental health to preventive physical care — we raise the bar for how men engage, connect, and build meaningful lives. Because this isn’t just a “male” issue — it’s a human one.
