Last year, my sisters and I lost our mom, and my dad lost his life partner. As a mother of two boys, this loss deepened my belief in teaching young boys that vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness.

That’s why I’m supporting the Movember Foundation. Movember is transforming how we approach men’s and youth mental health, breaking stigma, and encouraging open conversations.
