Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. After much introspection, I've come to realize that a lot of people, myself included, only stand up for causes that affect them directly. My befriend inspired me to be a Global Citizen that supports meaningful cause that stretch far beyond just myself, my family, or my just community. We are a global community and any inequity or misfortune belonging to anyone is one that metaphysically happens to us all. Wouldn't the world be better if we all took a stand when and how we could— however small? After all, it could be any of us. Then, my Uncle Daryl got diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer and the lesson was beautifully yet painfully solidified. This is for us!
