I’m fundraising for Movember because men’s health deserves more open conversations, care, and compassion. Too many struggle in silence — and this movement reminds us that checking in, showing up, and talking about real issues can make a difference.

As a small business owner and mother, I want to help create awareness and support the resources that help men and boys take care of both their minds and their bodies. This cause is deeply personal to me, and I’m proud to contribute in my own way through Ophelia’s Garden.
