My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Not only do I deal with mental health issues, but have also dealt with suicide both in my family & on my own. Any way that I can help raise awareness & donate to a cause that helps prevent suicide amongst men, women & anyone in between, I would love to! Going from a full beard to a mustache is something I always struggle with, but that struggle is nothing compared to the millions of people all over the world that struggle with mental health issues & suicidal thoughts! Lets band together & raise some money for suicide prevention!


When I was 16, I tried to take my life, & telling anyone about my failed attempt wasn't an option. For a long time I bottled up everything I felt about that time, & felt ashamed about how I felt. But now, through self work, therapy, & an incredible support system, I've learned that sharing my story can help others find peace in what they're going through, & could even save someone's life.
