Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This November I have decided to join the Movember cause. This cause helps bring awareness to important aspects of men's health. I have my own personal reasons and have close family members & friends affected by prostate cancer and some with mental health issues. Historically, men have been taught to hide their emotions and remain strong at all times. Let's break that stigma. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
