My motivation

I’m part of Movember because I know how powerful it is when we choose to talk, listen, and connect. Losing my brother to suicide showed me just how heavy the silence around mental health can be, especially for men. Taking part in Movember is my way of honoring him and pushing back against that silence. My hope is to keep the conversation going, to raise awareness, encourage openness, and remind people that no one has to go through their struggles alone.
