This Movember, I’m growing a mustache in honor of my cousin who bravely battled cancer, and another cousin and my daughter's godfather, both of whom we lost to cancer. Their battles left a deep mark on me, reminding me of the importance of early detection and proactive health measures—especially for men.
But Movember isn’t just about physical health; it’s also about breaking the silence around men’s mental health. Too many men struggle in silence, facing mental health challenges without the support they need. We need to change that.
By participating in Movember, I hope to raise awareness about the importance of mental and physical health for men everywhere. Together, we can create a world where men feel empowered to talk about their health—both body and mind.
