My motivation

I'm running the Tokyo Marathon with Team Movember to raise awareness for men’s health and to honor the struggles many of us face silently. As someone who's passionate about breaking the stigma and starting real conversations, I see this race as a powerful way to turn miles into momentum for change. Let’s move for a cause that matters.
