My motivation

This year marks my 16th year supporting Movember, but this one is more personal than ever.

Earlier this year, I was diagnosed with Stage 1 prostate cancer. Thankfully, it was detected early, and I am currently being closely monitored through active surveillance. My experience has reinforced just how important early detection, regular checkups, and open conversations about men's health can be.

For 16 years, I've grown the Mo, raised funds, and tried to raise awareness about prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. Today, that mission means even more to me.

I'm committed to using my own experience to encourage men to take charge of their health, schedule their annual physicals, talk openly with their doctors, and understand the screenings that may be appropriate for them, including discussing PSA testing for prostate cancer.

My goal remains simple: educate, advocate, raise awareness, and help more men live longer, healthier lives.
